Weighed in at 172-173 still which is ok I guess since I didn’t gain weight & I have been eating like shit. Been good today & was good yesterday. Even made it to the gym for an hour of cardio last night. Going to go to the gym again tonight and I’m going to try and go longer then an hour. I just wish I could get to the gym earlier so I don’t go to bed so late. Whatever. That is all.
