TODAY: Hollywood MIracle DIet

So I am doing the Hollywood 48hr Miracle Diet today.

 

Basically you mix 4oz of this drink with 4oz of water and sip on it for 4 hours.  You do it 4 times a day while drinking lots of water in between & nothing else.  It says not to have alcohol, caffeine or food while on it.  I had to have something warm when I got to work though so I drank a green tea.  I know it has caffeine in it but at least it’s not coffee or pop. Each serving is 100 calories so basically you will end up doing 2 400cal days when it’s done.  So far it’s fine but it’s hard to sip on 8oz of something for 4 hours, so I was drinking 3 drinks at once this morning. lol

I’m not hungry so I guess that’s good.

I also ordered some diet pills the other day, they will arrive next week.  I didn’t get any good prescription ones because last time I got prescription pills from online they started calling me all the time and still do, wanting me to get refills.  I got Fastin OVC kind, people say it works pretty good and they have a lot of energy on it which is what I want. 

 

A couple of people said it was good the first time they got it but then the next time it wasn’t but they also said their pills looked different, so I will be on the lookout for that when they arrive.  People said if the pills are white with blue specs it’s good but some got tan pills with brown specs and they were bad. So we will see.

 I am very weak person for doing all this, I know but I just don’t have a lot of time to be healthy.  I know that sounds lame but I work 10 hours or more some days and it makes it really hard to run errands before places close or do a lot of cooking.  When ever I cook healthy I’m usually up till like 2am cleaning up after & then I usually don’t get to eat dinner until 10pm which is bad. I don’t get off work till 7:30-8pm at night and everyone says not to eat after that time, no wonder I am such a heifer.
