So I keep seeing this ABC diet, I thought I had heard of it before but then when I actually looked it up I realized I hadn’t, since it is the Ana Boot Camp diet. I’m not really pro-ana or really not pro extreme ana. I think everyone could be practicing a little ana these days with how much everyone is easting & how big servings are. So I am thinking I might give it a try next week, I think it could be a good thing to do as an initial jumping off point, I mean honestly it is no different then fasting for a week, at least you’re getting some calories every day. I don’t know if I will make it through the whole thing with the holidays coming up, but since I am not celebrating Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving it could be good to start it after this weekend. I might combine it with the coffee diet so that I can keep my energy up and be less hungry. This is going to sound stupid but I might start smoking again, just a little if I can stand it. I was so skinny when I was a smoker and after I quit is when I started getting fat. I’ve never been addicted to smoking even when I smoked a pack a day so getting hooked doesn’t worry me but the last time I smoked a cigarette I got sick from the nicotine. I always OD on nicotine if I don’t eat before I smoke but I think if start smoking again I would get over it once my body got used to it again. Just a thought.
